Tip: the investor (read-only) password will not work
If something goes wrong
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Account won't connect | Use the trading password (not investor) and the exact server name |
| Signal arrived, no trade | Check the channel is Active and gold is ticked under Symbols |
| One order, not four | Your MT5 account is netting; open a hedging account |
| Signal read wrongly | Open the trade's explainer, then use Signal Correction |
| Changed broker password | Update it under Accounts → MetaTrader; settings stay |
